Associated Gastroenterologists of CNY, PC was established in 1975 by our retired founder, Michael A.FitzGerald, MD. Recently retired physicians John A. Dale, MD and James G. Tifft, MD also assisted in expanding the practice in it’s early years. Since that time we have grown into the largest GI practice in Central New York with 7 Physicians, 3 Nurse Practitioners, 1 Physician Assistant, 3 office locations and 2 Ambulatory Surgery Centers (Endoscopy Centers) to serve your needs. In addition, we are one of the few GI groups in Central New York that performs EUS (Endoscopic Ultrasound) for the early diagnosis of intestinal cancers.

We are affiliated with St. Joseph’s Hospital. Our procedures are performed at the Endoscopy Center of Central New York, located in the Northeast Medical Center in Fayetteville, New York, the Endoscopic Procedure Center (EPC), which is located at Township 5 Medical Park in Camillus.
